Recipe – Homemade Granola


200g Jumbo Oats

3 tablespoons Coconut cream (melted)

Handful of Almonds

Handful of Hazelnuts

4 Tablespoons of Coconut Shaves

3 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds

2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup

Estimated cooking time: 25 mins

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Place a sheet of a baking paper on a baking tray and spread the oats evenly. Bake for 10 mins or until the oat flakes starts to golden. Turn the flakes every few minutes to ensure they brown evenly. Then add almonds, hazelnuts, sesame seeds and bake for another 5 mins.

In meantime melt the coconut cream. Sprinkle the oats with melted coconut cream and maple syrup. Also add the coconut shaves on top. Bake for another 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on the granola as it can burn easily.

When the granola is cooled, you can store in a jar/plastic container for up to 5 days.

Enjoy your granola with diary free milk or yoghurt! ☺
